Swaine’s is a neighborhood restaurant in the heart of Williamsburg centered around seasonal cooking, effortless hospitality, and the rhythm of everyday life in Brooklyn.

Anchored by a Forno hearth pizza oven, the menu will feature flatbreads made with freshly milled local flour, house-made pastas, and seasonal Italian-inspired dishes centered on nutritious, exceptional ingredients.

Chef Emily Swaine has spent her career at the intersection of technical excellence and soulful hospitality. Having honed her craft at the two-Michelin-starred Blue Hill at Stone Barns and the widely recognized Roman trattoria Forsythia, she now brings that expertise to her own place. The result is a restaurant that prioritizes the integrity of exceptional ingredients, where the elevated meets the approachable and the energy remains unmistakably that of a neighborhood favorite.
